Engineering

EngineeringNew York · Remote OKFull-time

Full-Stack Engineer

Own the product end to end — booking flow, the hauler app, and the systems underneath.
+

You'll build the product real customers and crews use every day — from the pixels of the booking flow to the APIs and database underneath. We're small, so you'll own whole features and ship them to production yourself, working directly with the founders.

What you'll do

  • Build features end to end across the customer app, the hauler app, and our internal admin tools — UI, API, and data.
  • Own the booking & checkout flow customers rely on: scheduling, real-time availability, payments, receipts.
  • Ship fast, then make it solid — you write it, review it, deploy it, and watch it in production.
  • Improve the boring-but-critical work: reliability, performance, and clean data on money and orders.
  • Sit close to the founders and help decide what we build next.

You're a great fit if

  • You've shipped real, production web apps end to end (≈3+ years).
  • You're comfortable across the stack — modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, and SQL.
  • You move fast without breaking trust — correctness on payments and data matters to you.
  • You prefer ownership and ambiguity over tickets and process.

Bonus points

  • Payments (Stripe), maps/geocoding, or real-time systems.
  • You've been an early engineer at a startup.

What you'll work with

A modern JavaScript stack — React on the front, Node on the back — and real ownership of the systems behind payments, scheduling, and live dispatch. You'll shape the architecture, not just close tickets.

AI Engineer

Build the AI that quotes, books, and dispatches jobs — and make it trustworthy on real money.
+

A lot of our business already runs itself — an AI assistant texts customers, quotes the job, and books it. Your job is to make that brain bigger and sharper: more accurate, more autonomous, and trustworthy enough to run on real money.

What you'll do

  • Build and improve the AI assistant that talks to customers over text, quotes jobs, and books them automatically.
  • Develop the pricing, dispatch, and routing intelligence that decides who does what, where, and for how much.
  • Turn messy real-world inputs — texts, photos, phone calls — into reliable, structured decisions.
  • Design evals, guardrails, and metrics so quality climbs every week and the AI never goes off the rails.
  • Own AI systems end to end, from prompt to production to the dashboard that proves it's working.

You're a great fit if

  • You've shipped production features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
  • You have strong engineering fundamentals — this is real software, not just prompts.
  • You're disciplined about evaluation: you measure quality instead of guessing.
  • You're excited to own an AI system that makes consequential decisions.

Bonus points

  • Agents, RAG, fine-tuning, voice, or computer vision.
  • You think about prompt-injection and safety by instinct.

What you'll work with

Serious resources to do real AI work: hands-on model optimization and custom model training in production · thousands of H100 GPU hours · effectively unlimited frontier-model tokens · and the freedom to experiment, ship, and push the state of the art on a live system.

Growth

GrowthNew York · Remote OKFull-time

Commercial Operations Lead / Growth

Bring in the bigger jobs — offices, buildings, property managers — and build the playbook to scale them.
+

Most of our work today is one customer at a time. You'll open the door to the bigger, repeatable revenue: offices, property managers, building supers, contractors, and real estate — and build the engine that scales it across every city we're in.

What you'll do

  • Build our commercial book from scratch — find the accounts, pitch them, close them, and keep them.
  • Run outbound and partnerships with property managers, facilities teams, contractors, and real estate.
  • Design the commercial playbook so it scales — pricing, process, and accounts that come back.
  • Partner with Operations to deliver flawlessly on the bigger, recurring jobs.
  • Own a number and figure out, creatively, how to hit it.

You're a great fit if

  • You've done B2B sales, partnerships, or business development — and loved it.
  • You're a hunter who can also build process — not just close, but systematize.
  • You can turn a cold contact into a long-term account.
  • You're comfortable owning a target with little hand-holding.

Bonus points

  • Real estate, property management, facilities, or local services.
  • Early-stage / 0-to-1 experience building a function from nothing.

Tools & systems

CRM & outbound stack · a commercial quoting & booking flow · contracts and invoicing · live revenue and pipeline reporting you'll help shape.
