Note: Miami-Dade's neighborhood Trash & Recycling Centers and Home Chemical centers are residents-only and off-limits to commercial loads. Divert what you can to donation and scrap first.

Miami-Dade requires a Hauler Permit to collect/transport waste for hire (a General Hauler Permit for multiple vehicles, or a Small Hauler Permit for a single vehicle), with insurance minimums. Haulers in the fee area also owe a monthly Disposal Facility Fee on gross revenue.
To haul waste in Broward you need a Waste Transporter License (applied through Broward ePermits), which requires DOT vehicle inspections. Individual cities also control residential collection franchises.
EPA Section 608 requires refrigerant recovery before disposal — and the scrap yard needs a signed statement documenting it. Venting is illegal.
Whole tires are banned from Florida landfills; take them to a permitted facility. Moving large quantities may require an FDEP waste-tire registration.
Operating a hauling business in the county/city generally requires a Local Business Tax Receipt — plus your insurance, weight tickets, and any recovery statements on file.
