01 Getting started

Set up in a few minutes

Once you're approved, everything runs through the JunkRabbit Haulers app — and the same account on the web portal when you're at a desktop.

1 · Log in

Sign in with the email and phone you applied with. New to the crew? Tap Sign up and we'll match you to your approved account.

2 · Finish your setup

Complete your profile in Account → Setup: your vehicle, service area, payout details, and insurance/license docs on file.

3 · Set your availability

Open Time Off and block the days or recurring windows you don't want jobs. We only route work to you when you're open.

02 How a job works

Start to finish, one job

Every job is booked and paid by the customer before it ever reaches you. Here's the full loop.

You get assigned

A matching job is routed to you and you get a push notification. Open the Jobs tab to see it.

Open the job

Tap into the job for the address, the customer's item list, their photos, the pickup window, and exactly what it pays.

Message the customer

Use in-app Chat to confirm timing, gate codes, or parking — no phone tag, and it's all on the record.

Arrive & haul

Show up in your window, carry it all out — any floor, walk-up or elevator — and load up.

Add anything extra

Customer has more than they listed? Use Add Items to add it to the job so the price and your pay update correctly.

Mark it done

Snap the completion photo and close the job. That confirms it's complete and queues your payout.

Get paid

The customer was already charged — your earnings land by direct deposit on the weekly payout. Track it under Account → Earnings.

Prefer a laptop for the paperwork side? Sign in to the web portal with the same login. It's handy for managing your availability, reviewing earnings, and keeping your profile and documents current — while the app stays your day-of tool in the truck.
